Note: Comments at a public hearing should be on topic with the purpose of the public hearing. In order to give everyone a chance to speak, each speaker may only speak once. In order for everyone to be heard audience members are asked to stay seated and not interrupt other speakers. Personal attacks will not be accepted and your minutes will be lost. Lastly, anyone who speaks out of turn, or is rude to the Council or a fellow speaker will be removed from the room.
